Helmet Drive for Sublette County Health: Protecting Your Brain and Promoting Safety

Sublette County Health is hosting a helmet drive all summer long to promote safety and prevent head injuries. The helmet drive is an initiative that encourages community members to donate helmets for both kids and adults. These helmets can be picked up for free at the Pinedale or Marbelton/Big Piney Clinic.

Head injuries can occur at any time, whether you are riding a bike, or a skateboard, or participating in any other physical activity. Wearing a helmet is one of the most effective ways to prevent head injuries and protect your brain. The helmet drive is an opportunity for community members to support each other by providing the necessary protection to stay safe during outdoor activities.

The helmet drive is part of Sublette County Health's commitment to promoting safety and improving the health of the community. By encouraging people to wear helmets, we aim to reduce the number of head injuries and promote healthy living. The helmet drive also helps raise awareness of the importance of helmet safety and encourages safe practices when engaging in physical activities.

Donating helmets is easy and straightforward. Community members can bring new or gently used helmets to the Pinedale or Marbleton/Big Piney Clinic during business hours. The helmets should be in good condition, with no visible signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the helmets are received, they will be inspected and distributed to those in need.

Sublette County Health is proud to be a part of this initiative and looks forward to the community's participation. The helmet drive is an excellent opportunity to support the health of the community and promote safety for all. So, be sure to donate your helmets and help make Sublette County a safer place for everyone.
