Facilities Department
The facilities management department is responsible for supervising the maintenance, operations, and overall security of healthcare facilities. This ranges from building maintenance and housekeeping to central supply and dietary. The facilities department oversees everything from maintaining federal compliance down to everyday cleaning, repairs and upkeep.
Tyler Bell - Director of Facilities
Tyler comes to the Hospital District after working in the oil and gas industry for over 17 years. He has a business management degree from Baker University and experience in maintenance. Tyler enjoys skiing, golfing and vacationing with his family. He is excited to join the Hospital District team.

Ted Roberts - Maintenance Supervisor
Ted Roberts has been an employee of the District since 2008. A graduate of Big Piney High School, Ted worked in the oil field and for the Town of Big Piney, before joining the Hospital District. He served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp. He has training with the EPA, the DEQ and OSHA training in outpatient healthcare.

Rel Roberts- Housekeeping Manager
Rel Roberts, Housekeeping Manager, is a Sublette County native that has many years of experience cleaning in different environments. She joined the District in 2020. Rel loves helping people and enjoys cleaning. In her free time, Rel enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors.

Kevin Holsman - Maintenance Supervisor
Kevin Holsman started working at the Sublette Center in 1998 and is one of the longest serving employees. He began as the evening housekeeper, and then moved to Environmental services in 2000. In 2006 he was promoted to Maintenance and became the Maintenance Supervisor in 2015. When not keeping the Sublette Center in tip-top shape or helping residents, Kevin enjoys camping, UTV and four-wheeler riding and spending time with his family. Kevin and his wife Tammy have been married 38 years, and have 4 kids, 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
