FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Michelle Stauthamer,

Controller

Michelle Stauthamer joined the Hospital District in 2017.  She has over 9 years of experience in bookkeeping, budget management, payroll, tax preparation, accounts payable and medical billing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Oregon, and later obtained her Post-Baccalaureate in Accounting from Southern Oregon University. She recently completed her NRHA Rural Hospital CFO Certification. Michelle happily lives in Pinedale with her husband and two kids.

Brittany White, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Brittany White joined the District in 2019. She brings years of experience working alongside exceptional management team coworkers.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative and a minor in general studies. Brittany specializes in administrative technology and is responsible for employee benefit management. She enjoys using her skills to contribute to the exciting advances happening every day at SCHD. She is inspired daily to continue to learn new methods and practices in her field. In her free time, she likes to read, spend time with family members, and ride horses.

Julie Bell, Accounts Payable Clerk

Julie Bell joined the Hospital District in 2023.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Paralegal Certificate.  She brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the job.  Julie is proud to call Pinedale home and enjoys spending time with her husband and son skiing and exploring the outdoors.

Kelli Lovell, Revenue Cycle Director

Kelli Lovell joined the District in 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in medical billing, coding and revenue cycle management. She has been AHIMA certified since 1999 and AAPC certified since 2001 with specialties in Physician Coding, Practice Management, as well as Supervision & Leadership.

Teresa Lindenmeier, HR Generalist

Teresa Lindenmeier joined the Sublette County Health team in June of 2021. Prior to moving to Pinedale, she had worked as a medical receptionist and supervisorial position for more than 30 years. When she joined the District she started as a receptionist, then moved into the Front Desk Manager position, shortly thereafter she transitioned to be the Human Resources Generalist once that position became available. Teresa and her husband Troy and their 2 dogs fell in love with Pinedale and the wonderful community – “we have found our forever home”.


Administration Office

Jann Maxfield, Executive Assistant

Noting she’s from the “quiet side of the Tetons”, Jann was born and raised in Teton Valley Idaho. She graduated from LDS Business College in Salt Lake City and worked for 10 years licensed in the real estate industry where she was an Executive Assistant to the Broker. She moved to Sublette County in 2011 and worked for 11 years as Administrative Assistant at the Big Piney Middle School.  Jann and her husband Tyler have two sons. Family is her #1 priority and love!  When not at work, Jann’s happy place is in the mountains, camping, hiking, and skiing with family. She’s happy to be part of SCHD to experience all the exciting changes to healthcare in our community.

The Business Office has qualified staff to assist you in all of the medical billing aspects of the District, including;

  • Patient invoicing,

  • Insurance processing,

  • Medical coding/billing

  • Financial counseling

  • Accounting

  • Human Resources

  • Payroll

PATIENT SERVICES

Our friendly receptionists are here to help you schedule your appointments and answer any questions regarding needed paperwork. Our medical records clerk can provide you copies of your medical records upon request.
