Sublette County Health Joins WyoGives to Support Wyoming Nonprofits

Sublette County Health Foundation is proud to participate in WyoGives, an initiative of the Wyoming Nonprofit Network that brings the state together as one community to raise money and awareness for Wyoming’s nonprofits. This powerful, statewide 24-hour online fundraising event is held annually, and in 2022, it raised over $3.2 million with the help of a $1 million match from the Hughes Charitable Foundation and other matching funds.

Supporting Wyoming Nonprofits

WyoGives is a fantastic opportunity for nonprofits to showcase their work, engage with their supporters, and raise much-needed funds to continue their mission.  Sublette County Health Foundation recognizes the critical role that nonprofits play in our communities, and is honored to participate in WyoGives.

Best of Care, Close to Home

As a healthcare organization, Sublette County Health Foundation understands the importance of community support in providing high-quality healthcare services. Nonprofits play a significant role in improving the health and well-being of our community, and we are proud to stand alongside other Wyoming nonprofits in their efforts. Tegeler and Associates have donated a $25,000 match for our first WyoGives campaign! Please help us reach our goal of matching this dollar amount!

Building Better Communities

We encourage our community members to support Wyoming nonprofits through WyoGives. The event provides an easy-to-use platform for individuals to search and donate to nonprofits across the state that are making a difference in our communities every day. Whether you want to support healthcare (like Sublette County Health Foundation), education, the environment, or other causes, you can easily find and contribute to organizations that align with your values and beliefs.  Other Sublette County nonprofits participating include Friends of PAC, Sanctuary Horses, Reclaiming Hope, Sublette Trails Association and Camp GROW. By coming together, we can make a significant impact and help create a brighter future for Wyoming.
