Conquer the Pinedale Half Marathon & 10K and Show Your Wyoming Grit!

It's time to lace up your running shoes and mark September 16th, 2023, on the calendar. The Pinedale Half Marathon & 10K is calling any and all willing individuals to take on the challenge. You can push your limits, support the Sublette County Health District (SCHD), and make a real difference for the community. Get ready to run, donate, and show your Wyoming grit like never before. We'll give you the lowdown on the race details and how you can contribute to SCHD.

Race Information

Gear up, folks, because the Pinedale Half Marathon & 10K is not for the faint of heart. This event offers two thrilling races that will test your endurance and showcase your spirit. For those seeking a shorter but no less demanding challenge, the 10K race is tailor-made for you. And guess what? There's also a 1 Mile Fun Run that's open to all ages and completely free. So rally up your friends and family and join us for a day of unbridled adventure!

Registration

If you think you've got what it takes, don't wait around. Register online before September 1st to secure your spot in the race. The registration fee is $45, but after September 1st, it jumps up to $55. Remember, $5 from every registration will go directly to a Sublette County nonprofit organization of your choice, ensuring that your run has a lasting impact on our community.

Check-in: 

Friday, September 15: 5-7 pm

Saturday, September 16: 7-8:30 am

Start Times

Half Marathon Start: 8:30 am at Rendezvous Pointe

10K Start: 9:30 am at Fremont Lake Overlook (buses provided from Rendezvous Pointe)

1 Mile Start: 11am at Rendezvous Pointe

Race Courses

The Half Marathon course takes participants on an out-and-back route from Pinedale to Fremont Lake. Starting at Rendezvous Pointe, runners will follow mostly paved roads and bike paths, gaining around 300 feet in elevation. The 10K race starts at the Fremont Lake Lookout and offers a thrilling downhill descent before gradually returning to town. The 1 Mile Fun Run takes place on town streets, starting and ending at Rendezvous Pointe.

Your race registration isn't the only way to contribute to our community's well-being. If you're feeling extra generous, head over to the Foundation 23 website and make additional donations to the Sublette County Health District. Every dime you contribute will be matched by Foundation 23, amplifying the impact of your donation. Together, we'll ensure that our community continues to thrive.

Community Barbecue

After the race, it's time to celebrate, Wyoming-style. Join for the FREE community barbecue that's open to everyone - participants, family members, visitors, and spectators. The Lions Club will be firing up the grill, and local culinary hero, Sue Eversull, will be whipping up her legendary salads and desserts. Get ready to savor the taste of victory!
